Our client, a logistics and fulfillment company specializing in ecommerce, is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Packer to join their team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing footwear and apparel orders while assisting Spanish-speaking team members with translation and task clarification.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately identify, pick, and pack footwear and apparel products.Ensure all orders meet brand and quality packaging standards.Prepare shipments for direct-to-consumer delivery.Use scanners or fulfillment software to process and track orders.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Assist Spanish-speaking coworkers by translating and providing task clarification.Work with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity goals.

Requirements:

Prior experience in ecommerce fulfillment, packaging, or warehouse work preferred.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable using scanners, computers, or fulfillment software.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
