Summary: Hiring an experienced Warehouse Packager & Palletizer with a background in leading packaging operations, responsible for meeting production goals and maintaining line standards.

Position Requirements:

Must have 1 year experience as a lead in packaging and palletizing. Able to work in a cold environment. Capable of wearing bump cap, earmuffs, and safety boots. Proficient in operating a computer. Able to follow and promote safe work practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and meet daily production goals and line standards (safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and cost standards). Ensure availability of production resources, including materials, equipment, and human resources, to maintain production schedules. Complete quality and safety reports at established frequencies and in an appropriate manner. Assist in managing production line employees. Address employees' compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Provide employee training to ensure effective job performance. Notify maintenance and supervisors in case of machine breakage. Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures. Demonstrate a positive, resilient, and results-oriented approach. Perform production worker duties when team leader responsibilities are fulfilled. Fulfill other tasks as requested by immediate superior.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 PER HOUR
