Warehouse Optimization Manager/Manager of Transformation

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is growing, and the Network Optimization team is charged with shaping the nationwide DSD warehouse network to enable that growth. The Business Transformation Manager will focus on tactical improvements through creating new warehouse layouts in AutoCAD, managing racking installation and warehouse layout projects, and providing input to routing and financial scenarios to weigh building location and type options. Strategically, this role will support the Director of Network Optimization to identify and prioritize opportunities based on growth scenarios, capacity constraints, transport/DSD routing efficiency, and lease end dates.   

Viewing everything holistically will be the key to success: looking at the long term, understanding the interconnection of locations and issues, facilitating discussions between functions, and diving into details will all be necessary to come to solid solutions from complex situations in a timely manner.

The Network Optimization team balances data analysis with a bias for rapid improvement. Get in on the ground floor of this exciting work as we transform the footprint of our company.

Position Responsibilities

Build relationships with sales and operations leadersVisit existing and potential new warehouses and develop layouts using AutoCADCoordinate with racking vendors and local operations to manage improvement projectsAssist in prioritizing optimization work based on various criteria, including capacity utilization and lease end datesProactively scan the network for optimization opportunities (ex. Building type change, consolidation)Able to travel 50%
