Job Description Summary
Administers and operates the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
Job-specific responsibilities:
Receive correct parts and quantities in time and on timeAssist with stock counts – Wall to wall and cycle countsReceiving of inbound purchase orders or transfer ordersPut-away/binning of stockPicking of ordersPacking of ordersMaintains and update warehouse location data in Sandvik systemsReports any discrepancies with regard to inventory, safety and other anomalies using LPS systemParticipates in continuous improvement projectsEnsure that all warehouse equipment is working properly and that safety procedures are followedWarehouse administration and housekeepingOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
Full Grade 12 certificateZIPS/CIPS certificateActive member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
