Job Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for tactical day-to-day management of all fleet vehicles as well as dock management. The Manager is responsible for all maintenance and repairs, charging/fueling of vehicles, and keeping insurance, registration, and tags up to date. The Manager is also responsible for LifeWorks used loading docks including scheduling and organizing. The Manager will work with multiple teams, vendors, and clients to ensure optimal business performance.

Job Responsibilities

Fleet Management

Collaborate with Walmart's fleet management for any needs.Procure additional vehicles as needed.Work with local rental agencies for short term needs.Financial analysis of fleet operational costs.Budgeting and forecasting.Schedule maintenance and repairs.Remain in compliance with all state and local laws.Implement all location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures. Usa all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment.

Dock Management

Work with all vendors to schedule dock deliveries at Food Hall dock.Responsible for receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices.Collaboration with Walmart and LifeWorks on dock usage.Organization of dock area including cleaning.Oversight of waste and recycling transport from dock.May require training and operation of manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack and/or forklift.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.Qualifications

Requires at least 3-5 years of experience in a fleet/dock supervisor role.

Requires basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

Must be flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Fully proficient in MS Office applicaitons such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams: experience with PowerPoint and Smartsheet a plus.
