Our client, a fast growing leader in technology ecommerce is seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Logistics Team supporting in and outbound shipping, sales, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a **bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration (or similar)** , be **bilingual in Mandarin** , and have **expertise** **with Amazon FBA distributors** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Warehouse Manager** **Location: La Puente, California** **Pay Range: $70k - $75K** **What’s the Job?** + Develop and implement warehouse strategies to ensure efficient in and outbound logistics including direct shipments to Amazon FBA Centers. + Train, coach, mentor and oversee 1-2 direct reports, while being hands-on with receipt, storage and distribution of goods ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and Amazon FBA representatives to ensure compliance with service agreements and operations standards. + Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand and implement best practices in warehouse management, leveraging technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. + Ensure strict adherence to EHS regulations within warehouse operations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. **What’s Needed?** + **MUST be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese!** + **Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration (or related field).** + **5 years of experience in warehouse management with specific expertise in managing inbound and outbound logistics and Amazon FBA distributions.** + Strong knowledge of **WMS** , inventory management and logistics software, (SKUVault, Netsuite ERP, Shipstation, Airtable and Slack), excellent **leadership skills** and **ability to train others.** + Exceptional **organizational, analytical, process improvement and problem solving skills.** **What’s in it for me?** + $63K - $75K + bonus potential + Health insurance, retirement savings plan. + Opportunities for professional development and advancement within a fast-growing company. + Nice cooperative company culture.
