Position Summary:
In the Warehouse Manager role, you will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple warehousing facilities.
This is to include, but not limited to, safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You would be responsible for the hiring, training and progress tracking of all warehouse employees, maintenance and building upkeep, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.Drives teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.Oversight of salaried supervisors at multiple locations.Ability to travel as needed.Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.Maintains functional locations by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, and reconciling variances.Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.Participates in technological implementation for the warehouse operation.Drives continuous improvement for the warehouse operation.Constantly models safe behaviors and compassion for your peers.We need you to have:
Associates degree, or equivalent work experience5+ years’ experience in Warehousing, Receiving, Inventory control, or Materials Management2+ years’ working as a supervisor in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.Who we are:
