Your Role

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan, organize and store the stock in the best way to ensure high efficient material handling activities.

计划、组织和储存库存，以确保高效的物料处理。

Maintain fixed assets stored/used in warehouse.

维护仓库中存储/使用的固定资产。

Maintain correct and on time inventory list in system.

及时并准确地在系统中维护库存清单。

Check quantity and appearance quality when goods arrive, mark and inform to relevant colleagues timely.

到货时检查数量和外观质量，做好标记并及时通知相关同事。

Good picking, packing and coordinate with 3rd party logistics company on domestic delivery.

产品打包、装卸及国内发运安排。

Coordinate PM or IS for project/Rivets/spare parts delivery.

协调项目管理以及内部销售，确保项目/铆钉/备件的交付。

Quarterly stock taking and check with finance team.

每季度盘点并与财务团队核对。

Strictly comply with relevant EHS policy of the company.

严格遵守公司的相关EHS政策规定。

Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the leader.

其他由主管分配的临时任务。

 
To succeed, you will need  

Education

High school education or above.

高中及以上学历

Computer: Microsoft office is a must and SAP is preferred.

熟练办公软件，熟悉SAP系统优先

Forklift driving skill / license is a must.

叉车证

Experience

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years as warehouse logistics or similar job.

3年及以上仓库物流及相关经验

Experience of working in a factory or industrial environment is preferred.

工业工厂经验优先

WMS system is preferred.

有仓储管理系统操作经验优先

Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different cultures.

具有文化包容性

Basic English on read and writing is preferred.
