We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Lead to direct the activities of warehouse personnel involved in receiving, order picking, packaging and shipping. The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day activities and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Assists warehouse supervisor with development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by the warehouse teamSupervises all shipping, receiving, order picking/packaging activities on warehouse floor throughout the shiftLeads by example and trains, motivates, and coaches the warehouse crew being supervisedSupervises inventory control processesResolves warehouse related issues with representatives from other departmentsReviews, prioritizes, and organizes all outgoing ordersCoordinates with the warehouse manager to manage personnel issues and requestsLeads warehouse team by example by loading trucks, unloading trucks and/or performing other duties as necessaryMaintains a working knowledge of all warehouse operationsMaintains safety programs and all required safety training for the crewSupervises up to 15 warehouse associates
