Our client, a leading clothing wholesaler based in Ontario, CA, is seeking a skilled Shipping Lead to join their team. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the shipping department, leading by example and ensuring adherence to best practices.Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance shipping processes and maintain operational efficiency.Take control of inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, adequate storage conditions, and seamless warehouse operations.Utilize the management documentation to understand and execute tasks related to inventory management effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse operations and a background in a supervisory role, specifically in shipping.Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Aptitude for identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.Excellent organizational skills and clear communication abilities.

Compensation and Shift:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMPay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
