Our client is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Lead to join their team in Canoga Park, CA. As a key member of the team, you will oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring production and quality standards are met while adhering to company policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the manufacturing team in packaging flower, producing edibles, and developing the health and wellness line, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to production goals.Enforce strict compliance with Quality, Safety, and Compliance standards.Collaborate with the Supervisor to drive production efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.Train and mentor new team members on best practices and techniques.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for trimming and other processes.Model best practices and set a positive example for the team.Manage and execute the weekly production schedule, addressing and escalating any obstacles.Prepare and maintain daily reports on team productivity.Ensure that work areas and tools are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.Conduct regular physical inventory counts.Create and manage labels for final packaging.

Requirements:

Ability to work effectively in a safety-conscious environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Google Drive, and inventory management systems.Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.Capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Demonstrated strong ethics and sound judgment.
