Our client, a cold storage facility in Mickleton, NJ, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations on the production line. In this role, you will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, and prior experience in a refrigerated warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a production team to consistently achieve daily operational goals.Communicate instructions and updates clearly in both English and Spanish.Ensure all products are processed and handled according to company standards.Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.Enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, secure work environment.Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production.Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Schedule:
