Our client, a logistics company, is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Avenel, NJ. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the smooth and safe running of all warehouse activities.

Responsibilities:

Guide, motivate, and train warehouse workers to perform their duties efficiently and safelySchedule staff, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of workEnsure warehouse lines are moving quickly and operations stay on scheduleTrack inventory levels, monitor stock, and update the warehouse management systemSupervise assigned groups and ensure adherence to safety protocolsIdentify and resolve operational issues such as equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport training and development initiatives for warehouse staff

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and SpanishPrevious experience working night shifts in a warehouse environmentStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingExcellent communication and organizational skillsCommitment to safety and operational excellence

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hourSchedule: Sunday–Friday or Monday–SaturdayHours: 5:00 PM until work is completed
