Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Ventura, CA area, is seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Shipping Lead to oversee daily shipping operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of outgoing orders. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience within a manufacturing shipping environment and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.

The Day-to-Day:

Supervise and lead a team within the shipping department.Coordinate day-to-day shipping operations to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.Assign tasks and provide hands-on guidance to shipping personnel.Monitor inventory and shipping material levels to ensure continuous workflow.Schedule carrier pickups and track shipment progress, resolving any delays or issues that arise.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing shipping environment.Proven ability to lead a team and maintain a high level of organization.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay Rate:

$25.00 to $27.00 /hr

Schedule:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
