Your Key Responsibilities Develop a database for the warehouse area Document procedures for shipments, receiving, and order fulfillment Identify areas for improvement and time reduction in the warehouse Manage virtual clients Follow up on tasks related to customer complaints Understand the material flow in the system Update KPIs Create a storage process for PODs Understand the ATS process for documentation Your Qualifications Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with creating Macros, using Pivot Tables, dynamic charts, and conditional formatting
