Warehouse Employee is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the receiving, processing, storing, and shipping of goods in one warehouse as per set standard work and KPIs.

Receiving and Processing: Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments. Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure proper storage.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Ensure that all items are correctly labelled and packaged.Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, maintain accurate records, and report any discrepancies. Assist in inventory control and stock management.Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Communicate effectively to Resolve any Issues or concerns.

Years of experience:

Min 2 consecutive years in logistics/warehouse/distribution environment in a similar role

Education level:

MBO level is an advantage

Other (certifications / systems / languages):

Dutch proficiency to be able to perform the requested tasks, understand work instructions, and communicate effectively. Basic knowledge of English is a plus.Knowledge of working with hazardous materials is an advantageCertificate for working safely with the forklift, Stacker , Order picker, and Reach truck.
