We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Process Lead to join the xELERATE team to drive the development and implementation of our warehouse management system and processes as part of a comprehensive ERP system deployment. This role focuses on manufacturing warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The WMS Process Lead will play a critical role in the xELERATE transformation project by delivering an optimized, integrated, and automated functional solution for warehouse and distribution management across our global operations. This individual will work closely with fellow workstream leads, business process owners, and their IT Technical Lead, covering technology (including development and integration), deployment, data, security & controls, testing, and organizational change management to deliver an improved and fully integrated solution to the organization.
What We Are Looking For:
Process Expertise and Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of the warehouse management processes within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and integration across functional areas.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional xELERATE workstream leads, global business process owners, technical architects, implementation partners and key stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and integrated solution.Process Integration: Ensure warehouse operations are fully integrated with other core functional processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR), to deliver a holistic, automated supply chain solution.Technology Partnership: Collaborate with technical teams and implementation partner on system configuration, development, integration, data migration/cutover, security role development and testing.Change Management: Partner with organizational change management teams to ensure user adoption and successful change readiness across global facilities. Lead workshops, assist in training curriculum development and training sessions for key users and stakeholders.Site Readiness: Collaborate and support Site Readiness Team as needed.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure delivery timelines are met.Implementation & Hypercare Support –Domestic and International Travel required for site implementation and post go live hyper-care support.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in warehouse operations and ERP implementations, with specific expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments and end-to-end supply chain processes.Demonstrated leadership in driving process improvements, technology adoption, and operational excellence.Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners.Preferred Skills
Experience in global ERP rollouts.Familiarity with data migration, system testing, and user training methodologies.Knowledge of Red Prairie (WMS Legacy System) a plusEducation:
