Warehouse and Distribution Senior Manager at Rancho Cordova, California
Your role:
Responsible for Warehousing and Distribution Medical Devices Business to fullfield North America and International (Business Distribution Centers worldwide and customers directly).
Senior Warehousing and Distribution Manager will manage a group of Warehousing and Distribution Supervisors, will work closely with Quality, EHS, Facilities, IT (on DC site) and will interact directly with Order Management, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and Planning day to day to achieve and perform daily, monthly, quarterly plans.
This role will provide great connection- full visibility and knowledge of Medical Devices Business. There is a great career within Supply Chain -End to end- to learn about the Business Unit’ principals and the opportunity to travel across other DCs to share and learn best practices with current 3PLS and local DCs manage by Philips.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Warehousing and Distribution Center, you have proven experience as a team leader and knowledge to work directly with Marketing and Sales to achieve their shipping forecast plan.
Your skills include Inventory Management controls, Logistics knowledge, lean principals and strong leadership in warehousing and Distribution Industry.
You have a Master Degree in Physical Distribution or related field. Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a proactive, lean passionate, teamwork leader and plan to win in all aspects of Distribution and Warehouse management.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in California is $112,112 to $192,192.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
