Our client is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their distribution team in Oxnard, CA. You will manage logistics and operational tasks while ensuring compliance with food safety standards, including coordinating container logistics, supervising loading and unloading processes, and maintaining appropriate conditions for food storage and transport. Monday to Friday paying $21.00

Your Day:

Based on the orders and appointment sequence provided by Dispatch, request the containers from the yard needed to prepare the orders and validate that they match with the required oneProvide the Forklift Operators the instructions on the pallets to be discharged from the containers and loaded to the customer’s truck according to the orders, execute the transfer operation in the Company’s system with the equipment provided for this and supervise the correct execution.Cross dock commercial cargo deliveries from customer trucks to containers for their exportMonitor the containers in the warehouse used as cold storage to ensure they have the correct set point depending on the fruit stored and that they are functioning properly.

About You:

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or related industryStrong work ethic, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team playerAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and adapt to changes in schedule based on business needsForklift Operator Certification preferredAbility to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs consistentlyProficiency in using tablets and computersEnglish required; Spanish is a plus
