Job details We are seeking reliable, experienced candidates for an established production facility in Frederick, MD. This position is looking for those with the ability to work within a cooler / refrigerator, preferably with prior experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities:
Will serve as the back-up inventory control person for nightly inventories. ... Ensure pallets and cases are properly stacked, labeled, and do not mix.
Confirm and maintain proper stock age and code rotation ensuring fresh product is being picked for delivery.
Pull orders accurately and efficiently without making errors.
Ability to load trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
Clean all machinery within your assigned areas while following all GMP guidelines.
Responsible for the cleanings of the palletizer and infeed and discharge lanes.

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Previous experience working within refrigerated areas.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts
Must be able to work 5-6 days a week
Must be able to work mandatory overtime
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include week-ends and holidays.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs+ consistently
Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stay in a refrigerated area (38 degrees or colder) for sustained periods.
Must follow all GMP's, HAACP & SQF and all policies and procedures.
Must be able to pass employment screenings ( 7 year background check, drug screening, and onboarding paperwork)
