RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completes operational requirements as assigned by the warehouse supervisor. Complies with and promotes safety guidelines and reports discrepancies. Achieves internal and external goals by coordinating with Inventory Control, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Contract Administration. Assists with the development of performance-improving enhancements such as web-based applications and other continuous improvement activities. Understands TL9000 and ISO 9000 requirements and their relationship to warehousing. Sets the example by adhering to the companies Culture and Core Values Adherence to the company's leadership initiatives by using the tools available to maintain accountability and develop the team as a whole entity. Promotes a clean and organized warehouse operation. Adheres to all company human resources, quality, operations and safety policies. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Helps train new employees through the use of company provided tools. Provides a customer interface.
