Staff Management | SMX in Pharr, Texas is hiring Material/Package Handler's to join our warehouse team. In this position associates will be handling freight with sorting, unloading / loading from conveyor to place in assigned store staging area. Shift information:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with possible scheduled overtime)

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationComplete diary logs into inventoryReport any discrepanciesCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers 

Proven working experience as a Warehouse WorkerProficiency in inventory software, databases, and systemsFamiliarity with warehousing practices and methodsGood organizational and time management skills

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 30 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $11.00 - $12.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
