PURPOSE OF POSITION

Assist in other areas of the distribution center as directed

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Move Freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areasRe-position pallets accordinglyConsolidate pallets with other lanesOptimize space in the warehouseProfiling projectsProvides internal communication regarding space optimization to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.Involves having a thorough knowledge of all distribution center functions and procedures.
