Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated warehouse associates who will use an overhead crane to control the lifting, moving, and positioning of loads. You will be responsible for ensuring that the load is safely attached and within lifting limits, as well as keeping the crane clean and well-maintained. Additionally, you will track inventory in your assigned bay and load structural steel beams onto semi-trucks based on order sheets.

Additionally, we cover 70% of your premiums, offer a 1% 401K match up to 4%, and provide a yearly 5% bonus added to your 401K. After 90 days, there is the potential to become a permanent employee.

Work Environment

This is a metal distribution center that is not temperature controlled, so the temperature inside matches the outside conditions due to trucks driving in and out all day. The environment is relatively clean. We offer two shifts: 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd Shift from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The team size is 2-3 people. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. For a better understanding of the work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
