Motortech Americas, LLC is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate position. Hours: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday (one hour lunch) 7:30am-1:30PM Friday Pay Rate: $18-21 per hour **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + As part of the Warehouse team, you will receive and verify incoming parts from trailers, maintain stock areas, package and prepare materials for shipment, load outgoing shipments onto trucks + Understand, process, and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting as requested + Store items in bins, shelves or other specified locations; record as prescribed, maintain stock, and notify appropriate personnel of all discrepancies + Work from shipping papers, bill of lading, packing slips, work orders and written and verbal instructions + Picking orders for customers and preparing them for transport + Properly load and unload freight using a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack or by hand; follow correct shipping and receiving procedures + Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 1 year of prior Warehouse experience + Good written and verbal communication skills + High School diploma or GED + Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write and understand work instructions + The ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly + Basic Computer Skills _“We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.”_ **MOTORTECH Americas LLC** 1400 Dealers Ave. Ste A US LA 70123 New Orleans United States of America **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
