Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**• Receiving and Processing:** Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and check for damaged goods. Process and record receipt of items.
**• Inventory Management:** Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring accurate labeling and proper stock rotation. Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
**• Order Fulfillment:** Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all orders are prepared according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
**• Housekeeping:** Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines. Dispose of packaging materials and other waste in accordance with company policies.
**• Documentation:** Complete and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping logs, and other related documentation.
**• Team Collaboration:** Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Assist in training new employees as needed.
**Qualifications:**
**• High School Diploma or GED** preferred.
**• Previous warehouse experience** or experience in a similar role is a plus.
**• Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow instructions accurately.
**• Good physical condition** and ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
**• Basic computer skills** for inventory management and documentation purposes.
**• Strong communication skills** and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
**• Safety-conscious** with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
