**Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Loader/Unloaders. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks by hand or using a pallet jack. You will transfer products from pallets onto Universal Load Devices (ULDs), secure them with nets, and ensure they are ready for air transport. This position involves consistent physical activity, including moving, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day. Any items above 50 lbs will be lifted with the help of team members. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload trucks by hand or with a pallet jack. + Transfer products from pallets onto Universal Load Devices (ULDs). + Secure products on ULDs using nets, ensuring they are properly fastened. + Spend time untangling nets when necessary. + Perform lifting, moving, standing, and bending throughout the workday. + Collaborate with team members for lifting items above 50 lbs. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. + Excellent attendance record. + Ability to work effectively in groups. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience using a pallet jack. + Experience building crates for airplanes. + Experience working for logistics companies such as UPS or DHL. **Work Environment** Our warehouse is clean, organized, and temperature-controlled with high ceilings. You will work in a specific area with around 10-12 people in the warehouse. The job strictly involves packing and palletizing, with no requirement to work in the picking and packing area.
