Job Description:

Location: Auburn, Washington

CoWorx has openings for Warehouse Associates in Aurora, CO with a leading supplier of wireless communications infrastructure and mobile products, who stocks a wide variety of infrastructure products.

These are 1st shift positions working Monday to Friday and have range in pay from $16.50 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

As a Warehouse Associate l you will be responsible for order picking and packing, staging of both ship out and will call orders, processing cable cuts, lagging reels, palletizing reels, and boxing cable cuts.

As a Warehouse Associate ll you will be responsible for operating a forklift, receiving and putting away product, small parcel shipping, will call administrative support duties, prioritization of cable cutting, and scrap cable management.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Associate l:

• Responsible for assuring that the Warehouse is cleaned daily (sweeping/daily pickups of all trash
on the floor)
• Maintain, sort, and organize merchandise so that it can be easily located in proper bin locations
• Responsible for picking all orders that come in daily for Talley, Inc. customers
• Assure that product that is being picked for customer orders is 100% accurate
• Responsible for packing all orders that come in daily for Talley Inc customers
• Assure that product that is being packed for customer orders is 100% accurate and protected
• Responsible for picking, packing, and loading/checking out of customer will call orders
• Process cable cuts, lagging/boxing of reels/coils, and palletizing reels per customer
requirements

Warehouse Associate ll:

• Unloads inbound shipments, checks inbound materials in, receives material into the prelude
system, labels, and puts away materials with a barcode scanner.
• Prioritizes the cable cut planning and processing.
• Manages the reporting of scrap cable.
• Identifies small parcel, full truckload, load small parcel, less than truckload, heavy weight air, will
call/customer pickup orders and routes them to the appropriate shipping area.
• Process packages via the small parcel shipping terminal.
• Sets pickup appointments, loads orders, obtains signatures, and confirms will call orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the Company.
• Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and
procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

Warehouse Associate l:
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• One year of warehouse experience
• Ability to read and write in English and understand basic Math skills
• Great customer service skill

Warehouse Associate ll:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a standard forklift.
• Experience using a handheld scanner.
• Minimum Experience required: 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and write in English and an understanding of Basic Math skills
