Summary: Perform an array of functions that may include loading / unloading trucks, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Loading and unloading of Aarons inventory on and off trucks · Product sorting and stocking as directed by management and/or supervisor and in accordance with organizational standards · No Forklift experience required. May or may not operate equipment, determined by management and operates equipment only with Aarons provided PIT training completion and certification · Labeling and serialization of product · Picking and staging of product for shipping as directed and in accordance with generated reports · Operation of RF scanners as necessary and as directed by management and/or supervisors · Knowledge of and maintain compliance with Aarons Safety Rules – Training is provided. · Maintenance of a clean and safe work area.

Required Education,

Experience, and Certifications: · High School diploma or equivalent preferred · Previous experience in warehouse environment is a plus

Working Conditions: Warehouse Environment – Exposure to varying temperatures and may include working inside and outside in heat/cold. May encounter sounds/noises of varying levels.
