**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** We have multiple openings in different departments for warehouse associates. We are looking for individuals with varying levels of experience in assembly, foaming, paneling, motors, palletizing, general plant labor, machine wrapping, machine wiring, electrical box wiring, blender assembly, pre-solder, soldering/brazing, refrigeration, spot welding, general fabrication labor, parts packing/shipping, and material handling. Each position has its own specific requirements and starting wages, which are dependent on skills and abilities. **Responsibilities** + Assembly: Mechanical assembly experience required. Must be mechanically inclined and have experience with hand tools. + Foaming: Entry-level position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Paneling: Entry-level position involving placing panels on machines and finishing touches. Requires some knowledge of hand tools. + Motors: Mid-level position installing motors into machines. Requires experience with hand tools and air ratchets. Ideal for those with machine assembly experience or hobbies involving mechanical work. + Palletizing: Entry-level position requiring prior experience with fork trucks. Involves placing finished machines on pallets for delivery. + General Plant Laborer: Part-time, entry-level position involving tasks such as emptying garbage, breaking down boxes, and sweeping floors. Flexible hours. + Machine Wrapper: Entry-level position wrapping copper pipes with insulation. Requires following directions and taking notes. + Machine Wiring: Mid-level position requiring experience with wiring electronics. + Electrical Box Wiring: Involves wiring sub-assemblies. Prior experience with machine wiring is a plus. + Blender Assembly: Assembling small tabletop blenders. Requires experience with hand tools. + Pre-solder: Entry-level position. Knowledge of soldering is a plus. Responsibilities include bending copper tubing and pre-soldering tubing. + Soldering/Brazing: Entry to mid-level position requiring experience or certification in soldering and brazing. Involves detailed work and ability to learn refrigeration. + Refrigeration: Mid-level position charging machines with refrigerant. Requires prior refrigeration experience and EPA certification (or willingness to obtain). + Spot Welding: Entry-level position with training provided. Ideal for those looking to start in manufacturing/welding. + General Fabrication Laborer: Entry-level position ideal for those looking to start in fabrication. Familiarity with hand tools and welding is a plus. + Parts Packer/Shipper: Entry-level position picking and packing parts for shipment. Dress code is casual but safety-oriented. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
