FSCA is the leading provider of on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide, offering mobile on-site fleet service for light medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers. FSCA also services customers utilizing its 20+ nationwide service centers; each offering select services, such as accident repair, paint, refurbishment, and heavy mechanical repair. Supported by a 24/7 in-house call-center, FSCA provides scheduled maintenance and unscheduled services to fleets anywhere, anytime.
We are searching for an experienced Warehouse & Parts Operations Manager to oversee all parts warehousing and final mile logistics for Fleet Services. This position will serve both mobile service and shop service operations, with responsibility for maintaining excellent service levels for availability, delivery time and quality across internal and external customers and managing costs effectively. Works with operations, responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all activities for distribution of parts within the defined markets. Partners with all channels to develop, design and implement rigorous processes and activities for the forecasting, planning and analysis of products and materials. Identifies non-optimal business practices and researches, designs, presents and implements alternative solutions, keeping abreast of new product offerings, sharing best practices and understanding the impact to the customer value chain. Additionally, this role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills, and in-depth understanding of the Light, Medium and Heavy-Duty vehicles and trailer parts business.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations to deliver the right part to the right technician at the right time at a low cost
• Manage shipping & receiving to ensure deliveries can be made in a timely manner
• Develop delivery processes and systems that enable/support operational efficiency and customer performance
• Ensures materials are appropriately allocated across all local fulfillment and retail locations
• Manage inventory / asset transactions as necessary to ensure accurate local inventory measurement
• Address fulfillment, warehouse, and transportation operations issues elevated by the Fulfillment and Transportation Operations teams for resolution
• Ensure organization acceptance and collaboration with the supply chain fulfillment process
• Provide guidance and oversight for the distribution / fulfillment functions to meet / exceed customer service, cost and efficiency (productivity) expectations
• Provide guidance and oversight of Transportation and Freight services that focuses on delivery costs reduction, optimal delivery utilization and customer service enhancements
• Provide direction, leadership, and development to Fulfillment and Transportation Operations team members, including setting group and employee goals, providing formal and informal feedback, and coaching direct reports towards high performance
• Ensure the integration of the supply chain fulfillment function into the overall business planning and monitoring process
• Participate in designated leadership & organizational development initiatives
• Contribute as a key member of the local Supply Chain Leadership Team that sets delivery strategy, department business plans, establishes effective management practices and fosters an employee focused, professional, business-goal oriented culture
• Ensure full Safety and OSHA rules are in place and followed in accordance with company goals.
• Perform other duties as directed and assists with special projects as assigned
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years’ experience in a related field; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
• 6+ years’ experience in automotive service advisement, vehicle maintenance coordination, technician dispatching, or Diesel technology or similar capacity Technician role
• Warehouse & Inventory management experience
• Parts management experience (preferably vehicle &/or heavy-duty parts)
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and communication capabilities with key stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Strong Excel and data entry skills, and the ability to learn new platforms, and proficient use of Word and PowerPoint
• Leadership skills including demonstrated ability to coach by providing feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish assigned tasks or solve a problem, motivate and provide guidance to others to ensure performance in accordance with clear expectations and goals
• In-depth understanding of the Light, Medium and Heavy-Duty vehicles and power, trailer, and body parts business
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a track record to collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant cross functional partners
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact and collaborate with all levels within the organization
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and analytical skills such as ability to gather raw data and to process that data into a meaningful form
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work effectively in a face paced environment, under pressure, and able to shift priorities quickly to adapt to rapidly changing environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment and with all levels in the organization
• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
• Experience in Karmak DMS system is preferred
