You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors, while you grow your career. **Family Centered Clinician** **_$6000 Special Bonus_** ***MUST START BY 03/31/2025*** Provide In-Home Family Therapy to Children, Youth and their families within their given catchment area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance Specifications. Ensure proper Hub responsibilities when warranted, contributing to the on-going training and oversight of the Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors (TT&S/TMs) linked with his/her caseload. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** ● Provide In-Home Family Therapy to identified youth and families within given catchment area ● Participate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and families ● Provide outreach counseling to youth ● Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary ● Attend weekly supervision, and staff meetings and consultations as required ● Follow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home Family Therapy ● Assist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs. ● Submit documentation and ensure meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timely ● Outreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI services ● Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned) ● Respond to client emergencies as needed ● Other duties as required + Adhere to provisions of M.G.L Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all occurrences immediately to the clinic. Complete South Bay’s crisis reporting protocol as required Mentor South bay + Must be comfortable with many different electronic systems and procedures, learning new technology, etc + Must be willing to work afternoons and early evenings **Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Counseling Psychology, or Psychology, Social Worker or some other related degree is required. + 1 year of experience working with Children and youth required. + A valid driver’s license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is required. + Excellent organizational skills, + Be a self-started + Experience with electronic health records a plus. + FCC candidates must now be licensed eligible.
