JOB PURPOSE:
The management scope of the position encompasses the overall marketing strategies for all products of PTX/FLU/RSV. The goal is to elevate the company's overall brand image, strengthen alliance partnerships, and explore innovative marketing solutions for multi - channel coverage in different customer channels of the ToB and ToC sectors, so as to support the company's sustainable growth.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Define the marketing strategy blueprints for all products(RSV/PTX/FLU)currently in the China market to elevate company products’ long-term brand image.
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and contribute to the design of the ten-year Country Strategic Plan (CSP) and propose 3-year budget planLead and drive cross functional team in marketing activities in general to achieve the annual financial objectives and ensure the agreed long-term objectives are achievedProvide direction in assessing market trends & improve analytics usage for decision making process and for seeking short and long-term opportunitiesManage and uphold the company’s key product and image and maintain good rapport with customers and relevant (government) authorities. Ensuring the agreed business plans and marketing programs are implemented with high qualityCo-work with cross-functional team to drive effective execution of all marketing programs and promotional activities/events.Lead the development of new customers segments and new ways to reach customers to
Develop new channels and initiatives to support the business growth and the business model evolvement;Foster innovative customer engagement models and marketing solutions to strengthen our leadership in vaccine industry, including to promote the development of digital marketing by providing expertise and guidance;Work effectively in integrating resources of the company and all brands to maximize the investment return of different resources. Responsible for developing the Innovation Center’s strategy and establishing its industry-leading reputation. This includes managing public relations, engaging KOLs, and planning showcase events and budgets. Drive the introduction and implementation of innovative collaboration projects by conducting research, evaluating opportunities, and advising management on decisions. Monitor project progress and report outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.Have in-depth understanding of the consumer attributes of vaccines. Formulate consumer education strategies,create consumer promotion and marketing activities across different channels, and ensure the consistency of key strategies for all products in the field of consumer education. At the same time, coordinate cross-functional resources, lead innovation in marketing consumer activities, including digital marketing, etc., to contribute to enhancing public awareness of relevant disease areas and the sustainable development of the company's overall business.
Support in all aspects of product marketing to deliver the expected results in alignment with company’s business
strategy and financial objectives.

Develop effective team structures and workflows to maximize efficiency and collaboration in all marketing initiatives. Allocate resources strategically to align with business priorities and marketing objectives;Identify skill gaps and lead recruitment efforts to strengthen the marketing organization and capability;Provide mentorship and coaching to nurture talent and drive career growth across the team;Facilitate effective communication between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Education:
Bachelor degree or above in sales/marketing or related fieldHealthcare related education is preferredMBA background is preferredExperience & knowledge:
At least 10 years sales, marketing, strategic planning experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry A proven track record in leading, coaching and developing a sales organization. Knows the key technical and functional skills needed to do the job; understands various types of business propositions and understands how businesses operate in general; learns new methods and technical skills easily.Strong experience in cross-functional work and a strong influencer.Industry/product knowledge with pharmaceutical industryCore competencies:
