Job Summary: S4 Inc. is seeking a skilled Vulnerability Manager to lead vulnerability analysis and reporting efforts at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). ARL's mission is to discover, innovate, and transition science and technology to ensure dominant strategic land power, aiming to be the nation's premier laboratory for land forces. The Vulnerability Manager will work within the Cybersecurity Office under the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), ensuring compliance with DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards across ARL's environments.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nPerform vulnerability analysis and generate detailed reports.\nCoordinate and collaborate with IT vulnerability patching staff to enhance the effectiveness of the vulnerability management program.\nIdentify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities across ARL environments.\nDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.\nEnsure adherence to DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nMinimum of five (5) years of Cybersecurity experience.\nMinimum of two (2) years of vulnerability scanning experience.\nCISSP certification or equivalent\nStrong analytical skills to perform thorough vulnerability assessments.\nEffective communication skills to coordinate with IT staff and report findings.\nProven ability to develop and implement vulnerability mitigation strategies.\n\n

Key Areas of Focus:\n\nSupport the Cybersecurity Office under the OCIO within ARL.\nManage Cybersecurity services for ARL's three directorates: Research Business Directorate (RBD), the Army Research Directorate (ARD), and the Army Research Office (ARO).\nEnsure successful performance and compliance with Cybersecurity standards across ARL environments.\n\n
