What you'll do:

The Vulnerability Management Engineer will provide the required support for our CIS and Cloud CIS compliance. This role will provide support, and security compliance assessment for systems and services for Infrastructure and operations teams. This role will be prioritizing, and managing management action plans, issues (audit and non-audit) within Infrastructure and operation teams. As an engineer, you will contribute to the team’s capabilities by demonstrating technical competence, initiative, creativity, learning, sharing, and teamwork while collaborating with distributed team members and stakeholders.

• Leverage Nexpose and Wiz portals for reviewing weekly. Monthly updates on the non-compliant resources.
• Drive CIS and Cloud CIS benchmark updates within Infrastructure and operations.
• Automate monthly reporting for Issues, MAPs (Management Action Plans) and ITXs (IT exceptions) for Infrastructure and Operations teams.
• Update/Review Workfront dashboard with weekly updates on open issues and MAPs.
• Leverage Power BI dashboards for executive updates and monthly operations presentations.

What we are looking for:

Assess, prioritize, and coordinate with Infrastructure and operations teams in remediation of non-compliant on-premises or cloud resources.Leverage service now for incident management and change management.Review and identify monthly KRI reports published by Security, risk, and compliance team.Working knowledge of assisting management action plans relevant to vulnerability and patch management.Experience with power BI dashboards creation and management.Experience in collaborating with multiple teams on risk exceptions procedures.Work with team members and mentor.Establish practices to ensure quality and consistency.Develop documentation, user manuals, and policy and procedure information.Report to management daily on project status, deployment results, and daily operations.Work with stakeholders to achieve business goals.Document SOPs and help junior team members.Develop strategies to meet business goals.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.Minimum 7 years overall IT experience5+ years’ experience in Platform EngineeringStrong troubleshooting skills.Team Player with a “can do” attitude with proven leadership, communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. The role requires significant interaction with many different teams across a global company.Ability to support business requirements and provide appropriate solutions using technology.Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills, one who can lead as well as follow.Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner.Project Management knowledge and understanding of Scrum and Agile workflows.Experience in the financial services industry with proven regulatory and compliance discipline.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, deliver innovation, and drive improved customer and employee experience.Excellent analytical and business consulting skills with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program execution, and development of strong risk management practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences and senior management.Proven ability to build strong, cohesive, partnerships with business, operations, and technology leadership and work effectively in a matrix organization.
