Boehringer-Ingelheim is looking for a **Vaccination Technology and Services (VTS)** Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the optimal application of Boehringer-Ingelheim avian vaccines by training and auditing of customer teams. This role is to ensure that the avian vaccine portfolio is used correctly by the end user. Preventative maintenance of equipment supplied to the end user and training on how to deal with potential problems encountered with the equipment. This role is based in **Cairo, Egypt** and reports to Key Account Manager. **Accountabilities:** + Ensure proper installation of vaccination equipment in hatcheries and in the field. + Maintenance of equipment in VTS workshop & field + Urgent intervention in the field (on customer request/demand) + Monitor the proper usage on site Boehringer Ingelheim vaccination equipment. + Regular customer hatchery visits + Train commercial and technical personnel about the safe procedures for automatic vaccination. + Ability to risk assess within the area of responsibility and highlight risks to the direct manager without delay. + Aligned with the Avian Business Unit Manager, supports the sales target achievement of the BU Avian. + Manage VTS budget and inventory for new equipment and spare parts as necessary. **Interfaces:** Close and regular interactions with the local and regional avian teams. Ensure regular updates with Avian Business Unit Manager / Key Account Manager, Technical and Marketing managers.
