VP - USPB Risk -Finance & Control Lead -C13
USPB In-Business Credit and Franchise Risk team serves as 1st line of defense for USBP businesses with more than 1,600 employees and contract workers primarily in US and India. The Business Execution team is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative, organizational and development activities. We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Business Execution team to manage the Finance area within our team, as well as contributing as a key resource to streamline and automate reporting processes. Key Deliverables: + Manage financials for USPB In-Business Credit and Franchise Risk team, by applying a comprehensive understanding of the team’s costs to improve operational efficiency and productivity. + Financial control - In conjunction with the team - understands the complexities of the team’s financials. Coordinate inputs with the Headcount management group within the team. + Work with cross functional teams including finance teams to review and finalize quarterly outlook cycles, transfers, functionals, annual budget process and line of business allocations. + Develop financial projections and provided insights based on risks and opportunities + Review and manage the month end close, identify variances and develop commentary + Develop and improve analytics by understanding key business drivers and driving efficiencies. Partner with business teams to gain insights and updates. + Liaison with the business teams, Sourcing and Finance to secure financial approvals for contract executions + Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations Qualifications: + Education: MBA from reputed institute or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or any quantitative sciences + Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Business Strategy, Management & Administration ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Business Execution & Administration ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
