VP, People Technology & Operations or Senior Director, People Technology & Operations Eightfold is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our global People Operations strategy, build scalable HR processes, and elevate the employee experience through innovative AI-driven technology solutions. This role will be instrumental in shaping the world's most forward thinking HR organization with an AI-first in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Leveraging automation, continuous learning, and Eightfold’s cutting-edge platform, this leader will transform HR operations and technology to meet the evolving needs of the business. Responsibilities: + Develop and lead a global People Operations strategy that ensures scalability, efficiency, and a world class employee-centric experience for our people + Own and drive People technology initiatives, leveraging automation, AI, and analytics to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience. + Design and implement scalable HR operations frameworks that support growth, enhance decision-making and workforce agility. + Spearhead the "Eightfold on Eightfold" initiative, partnering with Product, Engineering, and People teams to enhance internal talent processes and contribute strategic insights for product innovation. + Establish and drive a deeply data-driven approach to HR operations, developing predictive analytics, real-time dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track key workforce metrics, optimize HR processes, and enhance strategic decision-making. + Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align technology solutions with workforce needs, ensuring seamless integration across talent acquisition, development, and retention. + Oversee HR programs, including employee lifecycle processes, benefits, performance management, compensation, compliance, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new technologies, optimize HR service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Build and lead a high-performing People Operations and Technology team, driving innovation and operational excellence. Requirements: + 15+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Technology, or related fields, with a strong track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments. + Experience leading global People Operations in a scaling organization, with a deep understanding of international compliance, workforce planning, and cross-cultural HR strategies. + Proven ability to drive transformation, challenge conventional HR practices, and implement AI-driven, data-informed solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience. + IPO and pre-IPO experience, with an understanding of the complexities and requirements of scaling People Operations in a public company environment. + Strong growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt, and lead innovation in rapidly evolving technological landscapes. + Hands-on, agile leadership style with a willingness to dive into details while also driving strategic initiatives at scale. + Passion for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, with expertise in leveraging analytics to optimize HR programs and workforce planning. + A track record of building and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. Please note this role is categorized as hybrid, based out of our Santa Clara HQ . The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Zones are determined by location. Zone A $238,000 - $315,000 In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards, benefits and a bonus. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location within the state.
