We are looking for a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as the VP People Operations. This role is essential in shaping and executing Anywhere’s People Technology strategy, Employee Relations, Talent Optimization, and Employee & Manager Services. You will lead a team of approximately 30 professionals, driving the evolution and execution of our People Operations practices. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring efficiency, excellence, and exceptional results across enterprise-wide People strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Lead the People Operations team to maintain efficiency and high standards through guidance, development, and assistance. Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization. Exhibit confidence and composure in high-pressure situations, making decisive and impactful decisions, backed by data. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development for leaders and their teams. Supervise the implementation of essential talent programs, HRIS strategy and execution, support for managers and employees, and employee relations. Collaborate with key leaders across the organization, including People Enablement, Finance, Technology, and Legal, to address talent and business needs.Operational Excellence & Technology Integration:
Develop and implement People Enablement (PE) strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and promote high performance. Leverage strong prioritization and planning skills to manage competing priorities and deliver results within established timelines. Align resources to high-impact initiatives that support enterprise and people function goals, ensuring standardization and streamlined practices. Emphasize automation and technology integration, especially generative AI, for seamless, customer-focused delivery.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data and metrics insights to ensure excellent customer service, adherence to service level agreements, and continuous improvement of self-service processes. Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for solution support, driving accountability and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives, implement accurate tracking and reporting systems, and regularly report progress to ensure alignment with business goals.Experience & Qualifications:
10-15 years' experience & proven track record of leading and evolving People Operations practices in fast-growth, dynamic environments. Expertise in HR technology, ideally Oracle Cloud HCM, and leveraging generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies. Experience in managing operational people operations functions and executing effective technology strategies tied to business results. Strong coaching skills and a customer-obsessed mindset. Ability to use data to assess and optimize current vs. future state. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across various departments. Excellent prioritization and planning skills.
