Summary
NAES Corporation is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Projects to lead and oversee the execution of projects in the power sector. This role will involve the development and implementation of project procedures, managing P&L, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams and on-site personnel. This is a pivotal leadership position requiring extensive travel to project sites and active involvement in driving operational excellence.
Primary Duties
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects in the power sector. Continuously develop, maintain, and implement project procedures, templates, and documentation. Financial & Operational Management: Manage the P&L for each project, ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and overall project performance. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure alignment with project goals. Collaborate with leaders across Finance, Operations, and other departments to drive project success. Team Leadership & On-Site Management: Lead and manage project personnel and teams on-site, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards. Travel frequently to project locations to provide direct oversight and support. Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned and implementing improvements as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across project teams.Working Relationships

Education and Experience:
Education-Degree required to obtain position. Years of Experience- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing projects within the power sector. Licenses/Certification-Any Licenses or Certifications needed to perform the position.Specific Skills and Knowledge
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective project management frameworks. Strong expertise in managing P&L, client relationships, and project resources. Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and methodologies.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
