As a VP Project Execution here at Honeywell, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of projects across the organization. You will play a critical role in driving project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving project objectives.
You will report directly to our Vice President General Manager and you will work out of our offices in Houston, TX on a hybrid schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and the overall performance of the organization. Your ability to effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive collaboration will be key to achieving project milestones and delivering exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
•Lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across the organization
•Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
•Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
•Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
•Mitigate project risks and proactively address any issues or challenges
•Foster collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders
•Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
•10 + years of experience in Project Management or a related field
•Experience as a People Leader

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Project Management)
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
•Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
•Knowledge of project management software and tools
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
