VP/Director, Credit and Pricing Analytics
Location: (Hybrid) Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD; New York Metropolitan area, NY
We are currently seeking a Vice President/Director of Credit and Pricing Analytics to drive credit policy, offer strategy, and overall analytics for OneMain’s growing Point-of-Sale/embedded lending business. This individual will lead and coach a team of analysts and drive analytical insights and excellence as we grow this line of business.
As a key member of the both the Point-of-Sale business and the overall credit and pricing analytics leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving business results through multiple areas including growth strategies, credit and merchant risk management, and enhanced customer experiences. Strategies driven and influenced by this leader and their team include but are not limited to underwriting decisions, pricing, product terms, customer segmentation, channel optimization, customer experience, and operating metrics and servicing.
Working with internal and external partners, the role will also have responsibilities for strategy implementation, technology roadmap development, competitive intelligence, and performance monitoring. This individual will represent the company and engage with strategic partners, internal stakeholders, and capital partners.

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or Computer Science)7+ years of experience in consumer lending, driving informative risk decisions through analyses; Master’s or PHD degrees may offset experience5+ years of analytics leadership experience, building and prioritizing teams and objectives based on company strategyAdvanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or PythonInnovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problemsPreferred
