$140,000.00/Yr. - $185,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 15%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 15%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Oversee the Treasury functions of Axos Clearing including oversight of the daily reporting process, monitor compliance with the firm's internal controls and SOX processes and assure the firm is in compliance with regulatory financial requirements.

Responsibilities:

Personnel management activities for direct reportsFormulate and implement treasury policies and procedures and internal controlsEnsure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controlsOversee treasury operations so that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing regulatory, operational and capital investment requirementsSupervise foreign currency transactionsManage banking contactsManage the utilization debt facilitiesManagement of the FDIC sweep programAdvise senior management on the liquidity aspects of its short and long-range planningUpdate and maintain the firm WSP documentation for the TreasuryProvide support and information as needed for both external and internal audits and exams - Promote cross training with the Accounting functionProtects organization's value by keeping information confidentialUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years' corporate treasurySupervisory experienceAbility to coach and mentor staffExperience in foreign exchange managementKnowledge of FINRA and SEC related rules
