VP, Strategy
We’re looking for a VP of Strategy that combines top-notch strategic thinking with a collaborative spirit — no big egos here! In this role, you’ll lead our strategic efforts, cultivate strong client relationships, and collaborate with teams to develop impactful campaigns. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to lead work for powerhouse brands alongside top Canadian and global talent, helping to shape the future of the industry!  If you’re a passionate problem solver and storyteller focused on delivering measurable results, building brands, and shaping culture, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Lead the Strategy: Develop smart strategies that tackle the real issues behind business challenges and use communication to deliver results that truly matter. Support Creative Teams:Collaborate with creative teams to shape and guide standout ideas that make an impact. Ensure that all plans and ideas stay focused on the overall goals. Guide Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with different specialties—creative, account, production, PR, strategy, and analytics—to turn data and insights into strategies that drive success. Drive Results: Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure they build brand value and consistently deliver strong results. Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in a strategy role at a communications, PR, marketing, and/or advertising agency. Experience leading teams across different specialties and building strong client relationships. Diverse portfolio and proven experience leading campaigns that make an impact on culture and business outcomes. Exceptional understanding of branding and consumer motivations. Educational background in a relevant field (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred). Experience with DE&I and multicultural initiatives is a bonus. Ideal Traits: Humble Leader: You lead with empathy and respect, and always put people first. Problem Solver: You love trying new ideas and tackling challenges, and you don’t give up even when things get tough. Team Player: You are a self-starter but thrive when working with others, bringing people together to do great work. Organizer: You can handle multiple tasks, projects and teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
