As one of the largest global pharma intelligence solution providers, Norstella has a footprint across the globe with teams of experts delivering world class solutions in the USA, UK, The Netherlands, Japan, China and India **Job Duties** Partner with product and commercial leadership to drive the readiness and commercialization of the new products, including Real World Data (RWD) to define the product scope and lead the initial delivery to ensure successful market launch. Serve as the principal liaison between commercial leadership and product management in gathering and synthesizing feedback, market learnings, and enhancement requests. Work closely with the product teams across Norstella business units as well as other cross-functional stakeholders. Up to 30% domestic travel required. **Education Requirements** Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Pharmacy Administration, or a related field **Experience Requirements** Three (3) years of experience in each of the following: + Working in a highly customer-centric SaaS or data products environment + Functioning as a multi-product line product management, product ops, product marketing, commercial enablement, or commercial development role + Evaluating clinical, scientific, or life science commercialization data and analytics in the context of market need and insights + Querying and analyzing data to apply to clinical and scientific concepts for client products and solutions SALARY RANGE: $215,000 - $247,350 /year. JOB LOCATION: Telecommuting permitted. Employee may work and reside anywhere in the continental United States. HOURS: 40 hours a week.
