Taboola is seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Product for Pubs Products to join our dynamic leadership team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Tech, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing Taboola’s product strategy and vision for both Publishers Products and Taboola Supply. In this role, you will pioneer an innovative, AI-powered strategy that leverages our network advantage to deliver unparalleled performance advertising solutions while strengthening our strategic, long-standing publisher relationships in a competitive, evolving digital media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Taboola’s Publishers and Supply Products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Senior Executive Team and other senior leaders to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and product analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Product Prioritization: Oversee the product prioritization process and make data-driven decisions to focus on the most critical projects. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work in close partnership with engineering, sales, marketing, and research teams to drive successful product development and launches. Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to gather insights and feedback on customer needs. Market Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to continuously inform product strategy. Executive Contribution: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Senior Executive Team, contributing to the overall product vision and long-term business success.Qualifications:
Proven Product Leadership
10+ years of product management experience in digital publishing, ad tech, or media industries, with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling innovative products that drive both publisher traffic and monetization. The scope of the work is both inbound as well as outbound. We expect this person to have experience in go-to-market at scale. We also expect a lot of experience working internally with the business. Deep Industry Expertise:Extensive understanding of publishers’ business models and challenges—including shifting content consumption habits—and a passion for empowering publishers to maintain high-quality content while effectively monetizing their digital assets.
