This position is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the operations team and approximately 2000 team members who work within the seven Infrastructure manufacturing sites This person will have the tremendous opportunity to lead a safe, efficient, and profitable operation while fostering a winning, inclusive, and positive culture.  The Vice President will demonstrate the ability to create short and long-term plans to achieve results across various functional areas such as safety, quality, production, operational excellence (Lean), talent management and financial performance.  He/she will likewise display a high level of emotional intelligence, emphasize development of talent throughout the operations organization and act as an inclusive servant leader pushing the team forward. Finally, the Vice President of Manufacturing will bring a strong knowledge of P&L implications and drive consistent quality and world class customer service through on-the-ground leadership. This position will demonstrate management leadership and strategy development, resulting in improved processes that are viewed as “best in class”.
