VP, Growth Strategy

Our ambition drives us to influence the world by helping brands become cultural icons. **Overview** As we continue our exciting upwards trajectory, we’re hiring a VP, Growth Strategy for a newly created role to accelerate the strategic growth of PXP by leading, driving and converting Publicis Groupe agency partnerships and direct to brand opportunities. As VP, Growth Strategy, you will manage a team and will be entrusted to autonomously lead a live new business opportunity from beginning to end, as well as support the creation of foundational new business content and assets to help accelerate the path the growth. This role reports to the Head of Growth Strategy. **Responsibilities** + Craft and sell to C-suite at Fortune 500 / global organizations, including leading executive presentations at all levels. + Autonomously lead the qualification and vetting of new opportunities, focusing on Publicis Groupe and Direct to Client requests. + Autonomously lead growth and capability teams in RFPs / pitches to develop and refine the proposal or pitch deck content, coordinate leave-behind materials and any unique presentation/meeting needs. + Define strategic, end-to-end production solutions for global organizations as a part of the proposal or pitch creation. + Determine the winning proposal / pitch strategy, team casting, and commercial approach for each prospect/opportunity assigned. + Ability to strategically prioritize time and manage multiple high-profile opportunities at once. + Oversee a team responsible for RFI responses. + Oversee the team that is responsible for the creation, codifying and cataloguing of new business content, including general creds, case studies, agency reels and videos, RFI/RFP responses, etc. + Work closely with public relations/communications personnel to ensure the agency story and voice carries through all public materials. + Assist existing account teams with organic business development efforts as needed. + Track and report new business wins and losses in Salesforce + Additional responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications** + You've got at least 15+ years of experience in the ad industry or similar consultative sales (software, technology) and at least 3+ in platform-first creative production environments. + You are comfortable navigating and defining production solutions for complex challenge, some of which might be first of their kind + You know how to use One Drive, Teams, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs as well as knowledgeable in how to leverage Salesforce for pipeline tracking, management & reporting. + Bachelor’s degree encouraged — or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, advertising or related field. + You're ready to roll up your sleeves and craft solutions with some of the most driven people in the business. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
