VP, Citi Wealth Existing Customer Marketing
**About** **Wealth ECM Marketing** Wealth ECM Marketing team manages the marketing strategy and execution of all CG/CPC NAM (Consumer Wealth North America) existing customer marketing. The team manages the strategy and execution for cross selling the full continuum of brokerage products from Citi Self Invest to Citi Wealth Builder (plus) to Citi Personal Wealth Management. The team also develops and executes strategy to build loyalty and engagement within the Wealth Clients. The team works on campaigns which are omni-channel, client-centric and focused on driving Net New Investments Assets for the firm. The team collaborates with creative agencies, digital teams, marketing tech and delivery teams, analytics, business, customer experience, finance and controls teams to bring to life beautiful and impactful campaigns that drive the penetration of our Wealth offerings. **As Marketing PM and Execution lead on** **Wealth Marketing** , you will partner with the Digital strategy lead and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of campaigns with the goal of deepening investment penetration with the existing customers base through targeting, hyper personalization, testing and journey development. You will also own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, approvals, issue management, and control systems for campaigns. An ideal candidate for this role would be able to partner cross functionally with marketing strategy, business/product managers, analytics, and the channel execution teams to pull all the pieces together—E.g., understand the program (from product to marketing tactics), develop marketing strategy and execute upon it. Someone with an understanding of a large matrixed organization and preferably Citi, itself, would be ideal. **General responsibilities include:** + Working across marketing, product and digital teams to understand base capabilities of Investment Products, marketing strategy, tech enablers and requirements + Managing campaigns (digital and print, awareness and targeted) to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and in budget + Partnering with internal teams on implementation of marketing creative and capabilities including personalization and integration across marketing channels and UAT prior to launch + Updating campaign progress and capturing records within Citi’s marketing workflow tool to maintain Citi’s high controls standard + Ensuring strong focuses on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed to Citi’s rigorous controls standard + Working across multi-functional teams, such as: + Product and Marketing Strategy team + Agencies for creative development and execution + Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting + Analytics team to track and support the reporting of campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations + Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content **Qualifications:** + Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required + Experience with marketing project and program management + Bachelor’s degree required + Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization + High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines + Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities + Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation + Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus Education: + Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
