Job Description
The Collections and Recovery Risk team’s mission is to help customers bring their accounts current or fairly resolve their debt. The Collections and Recovery Risk team owns strategy and policy and partners closely with the Operations and Technology teams on implementation and execution. This position is within the Cards Collections Contact Strategy team, and is responsible for managing digital and alternate channel strategies. The individual will work closely with the Collections Operations team, Collections Policy team and Cards Risk Management leaders to ensure alignment between strategy and operations areas.
Responsibilities
Manage Collections digital contact strategies related to Branded cards and Citi Retail Services portfoliosEvaluate effectiveness and optimize existing strategies and develop/test new strategies for Collections, using statistical methodologiesPerform hypothesis development and design Champion/Challenger tests to determine impact from new treatments and development of recommendationsConduct P&L analysis and impacts to other key delinquency metrics and oversight for implementing recommendationsDevelop programming solutions using SAS and other programming and data querying tools to drive answers to analytic challenges and information for management decisions, observations and trackingParticipating in creating system requirements for new collections strategies and represent Risk Management throughout the development life cycle of a new strategy or policyCollecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projectsMaking recommendations and communicating results to senior management. Representing Risk Management on inter-departmental Process TeamsQualifications
6-10 years experience in Statistics/Analytics/Decision Management will be desirableMinimum 3-5 years of Credit Cards related experience or 6+ years related analytic experience using quantitative analysis, preferably in a risk contextMinimum 3-5 years of experience in statistical analysis with working knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages : SAS (preferred), SQL, R, Python or some equivalentExperience with SQL programming in a UNIX environmentStrong communication and presentation skills, leadership skillsRisk analytics and project management skillsEducation
At minimum Bachelor's level degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred------------------------------------------------------

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
